Nutratex Return and Refund Policy

At Nutratex, we are committed to providing high-quality supplements and ensuring customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process as outlined below.
1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to evaluate our products. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within this period.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Support: Email our customer support team at contact@nutratex.com with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your full name, order number, and reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Our support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.

Ship the Product: Return all bottles (opened or unopened) along with the original packing slip to the provided address. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
4. Conditions

Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.

Product Condition: Returns are accepted for both opened and unopened bottles.
